Indigenous Services Canada's Extended Asset Condition Reporting System (E-ACRS) is part of the Capital Facilities and Maintenance Program. Every three years ISC-funded infrastructure is inspected. Your community receives an executive summary, and the data is filed in ISC's Integrated Capital Management System (ICMS). LOUIS keeps condition and work current on the days between those inspections. LOUIS does not file to ICMS.
